Meet the team

Owner
Vincent S. Allison has been working for Allison Sales Co. his whole life. He has been in the business watching it evolve from nuts and bolts to flooring: tile, hardwood, vinyl, carpet, shower glass enclosures and custom mirrors/framing.
In his down time he is an avid golfer and loves to travel to Florida for more golfing!

Manager
Chase Allison has been working for Allison Sales Co. for 19 years and has dedicated his career to ensuring customers have the best selection possible. Traveling to different shows and keeping long standing relationships with vendors is how he brings unique and quality flooring to Allison Sales. Chase not only follows in his fathers footsteps business wise, but also enjoys golf as a hobby as well. He’s traveled to over 20 golf courses throughout the country enjoying the challenge each one offers.
Being a 4th generation family owned and operated business, Chase has incorporated his children in his business advertising for the last 10 years.

Business Development
Elizabeth Allison is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and has a marketing degree. Together with Chase Allison for 23 years they have 2 boys ages 10 and 4, a German Wired Hair Pointer and bearded dragon. Elizabeth runs their social media and assists in the business in whatever capacity is needed. When not at work she enjoys tennis, pickleball, biking and swimming. She’s completed the Bentonville Half Marathon and loves leisurely runs throughout their neighborhood.

Office Manager
Stephanie has worked at Allison Sales for 3 years as the bookkeeper. She enjoys traveling to Mexico and the immersive experiences it has to offer. On her last trip to Mexico she was able to knock off a few bucket list items such as snorkeling with sealife, saw the 7th Wonder of the World, swam in caves, participated in a hotdog eating competition and much more. On her downtime she enjoys her Grandbaby Quentin and spoiling him rotten.

Inside Sales
Crystal has been with Allison Sales Co. for over 15 years and has a better understanding of this industry than most. She’s always smiling and ready to help. Being a morning person she’s the first one at work and the last one to leave because she makes sure everyone gets what they need before she leaves. Crystal has one amazingly hardworking son, Kobe, who is at the Air Force Academy fulfilling his lifelong dream to be a pilot and a military man.

Allison Framing
Kevin has been in the framing business for 20 years. He enjoys the different projects it brings everyday, not one day is the same. People bring projects to Allison Sales Custom Framing that other establishments will not tackle. Married to his wife for 14 years with 3 sons they love being a baseball family. Their favorite team is the Razorbacks and love cheering them on every year. He’s a lifelong Fort Smith resident and loves supporting the community whenever he can. In his downtime Kevin appreciates a nice bottle of bourbon, a cigar and even the occasional poker games.

Inside Sales
Hadden has been with Allison Sales Co. for 8 years and he looks forward to many more years with the company. He loves hiking with his Husky Skye and trying out new trails throughout Arkansas with her. The best part of his day is relaxing with his friends over a nice game of pool. Hadden is great with children and hopes to one day have a family.
